Shipping Charges

Why do we charge Free Shipping? We ship directly from our studio in India, where our artisans handcraft all our designer items. Crossborder shipping rates are volatile and often times unpredictable, making it difficult for us set a flat shipping rate. To make things simpler for our customers and our internal operations, we have integrated the shipping charges within the MRP of the products. There will be no extra shipping free until we are shipping from within the UK.

Standard Shipping Timelines: Our processing time to make each order revolves between 7 to 10 business days. We ensure that all products made follow our quality standards before they reach the customer. Following which, the shipping time can revolve between 10 to 12 days. There may be certain delays in case the shipments are blocked by factors beyond our control. In case of a delay, our team will reach out to you and inform you about the delay. 

What are the customs that you would pay? No customs will be levied upon delivery. The packages will be sent as a "DDP" or "Delivery Duty Paid" shipment. We will bear the custom costs in India itself. 

    Shipping Carrier

    We primarily use DHL or DPD UK for shipping to the UK. For anywhere else in Europe, we exclusively use DHL.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the Shipping Carrier's website. 

    Lost or Damaged Packages

    If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at hello@hypedevi.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

    Custom Delays

    Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs delays, which can affect delivery times.
